Our Story
Orane Mayne and Keyla Lopez's love story is a classic tale of foes turned lovers. Their journey began back in 2016 when they first met as 12-year-olds. However, it wasn't until December 2019 that their friendship blossomed into something more romantic. Despite their different backgrounds—Orane being Jamaican, born in Brooklyn, New York, and Keyla being Mexican, born in Guadalajara, Jalisco—their bond grew stronger with time. After spending years navigating life’s twists and turns, they officially became a couple in December 2022. Then, on a memorable December day in 2024, Orane proposed to Keyla, sealing their love and commitment to God and to each other. They perfectly complement each other, with Orane's curiosity and nerdiness sparking endless questions and ideas, while Keyla's artistic creativity brings those ideas to life in the most beautiful and imaginative ways. From playful rivals to forever lovers, their relationship is a beautiful reminder that sometimes the best love stories start in the most unexpected ways.

Seating will begin at 4 PM, with the ceremony starting promptly at 4:15 PM. Following the ceremony, there will be a brief intermission before we gather for a meal, enjoy cake, and share in a joyful farewell to the newlyweds.

The dress code for the event is black and gold, with a preference for modest and professional attire. We kindly ask guests to dress respectfully to match the tone of the celebration.
